E1: 45: Price History (P4074) Does not Save Manual Price Adjustment When Using Sales Order Entry Power Form (P42101) (Doc ID 2642594.1)

Symptoms

The Manual Price Adjustment correct updates the unit price in the Price History(P4074) and in the Sales order line using P42101 but this adjustment line is not saved in P4074. This issue started after the customer installed the ESUs JN17107, JN17333, JN17370 and JN17491.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set Advanced Pricing schedule and details (P4071, P4072, P4070).
  2. Enter a sales order using P42101. Set the Advanced Pricing schedule above in the header, tab "Payment and Freight". Notice that the price adjustment has applied and the the unit price is updated. Save the order.
  3. Open the order using P42101 and add a manual price adjustment in Price History P4074. The Unit Price is correct updated in Price History P4074 and in the sales order.
  4. Open again the Price History P4074 and notice that the manual price adjustment line is not saved. 

The Manual Price Adjustment line has to be saved in Price History P4074 for a sales order using P42101.
