Symptoms

When Sales Update (R42800) is run, the G/L Offset field in the Customer Ledger (F03B11.GLC) is not updated and left blank. This was previously reported as a Brazil Localization issue in 9.2 Bug 30957892, but was found to occur even when localization was not activated.
