Goal

Customer need more details when using the Media Object Service defined in the JDE Rest documentation to see if there a requirement that media objects must be stored in the database (as opposed to file system) when using the following services:

1. Add Test Attachment (Path: /v2/file/addtext)
2. Update Text Attachment (Path: /v2/file/updatetext)
3. Get Text Attachment (Path: /v2/file/gettext)

Is there any other service that is not available when media objects are stored in the file system?
