E1: MOBJ: Attachment Manager Does Not Refresh, Does Not Show the Added Record When Attachment Manager is Called After a Message Form (Doc ID 2644775.1)

Symptoms

When the media object attachment manager is called after a message form, the added attachment record does not show up in attachment manager. In order to view the record in attachment manager, user need to close and re-open the attachment manager. Same issue with deletion as well. After deleting the attachment, the record still shows up in attachment manager.

Not aware of any standard application having this scenario (message form call before calling attachment manager). Issue was reported in a custom application and the same could be replicated in P01012 by adding a message form call under the Attachments row exit.
