E1: MOBJ: File Attachment Deletion Takes Long Time (Doc ID 2647441.1)

Symptoms

When deleting the file attachments, web client is stuck in processing status for an extended amount of time. In some instances, it took more than 30 minutes for deleting a file attachment. It does not fail but takes long time. Though both test and PD were using the same HTMLUpload location, issue was happening only in PD environment.

- Issue is specific to FILE attachments deletion
- Addition or retrieval of the file attachment does not take much time
- No issue observed with deletion of text attachments

From the User Specific JAS debug log, found that the SELECT  COUNT(*)  FROM PRODDTA.F00165 WHERE ((GDGTFILENM = ?  AND GDQUNAM = ? )) statement is taking a long time.
