Last updated on SEPTEMBER 15, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Entry - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Using multiple order level holds in Sales Order Entry P4210 and in Add mode they do not show in alphabetical order (ie. AA, C1) in the Sales Order Header when you re-inquire on the order.
All hold codes do show correctly in Work with Held Orders program P43070 and databrowser F4209 Held Order Table.
The sales order hold should display in alphabetical order. (ie. AA, C1 instead of showing as C1 then AA).

1. Set processing options P4210 SO Entry for order holds = C1 credit limit and AA for Order Process Hold
2. Enter SO P4210 and is on credit hold
3. Change price, qty or another value and should go on AA hold.
4. Check P43070 Release Held Orders and displays as C1, AA not AA, C1
