E1: 42: Cancelling Sales Order Does Not Update Work Order Status to Cancelled (Doc ID 2648011.1)

Symptoms

If a sales order that has an associated work order is placed on hold and then the sales order is cancelled, the associated work order status is not set to cancelled (99). The same test run over a sales order not on hold, updates the the work order to cancelled status.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Enter a one line sales order that is on hold and also generates a work order.
2. Reinquire on the sales order and cancel the sales order.
3. The associated work order status is not set to cancelled (99).
