E1: 90CB: Quotes Are Not Appearing in The Quote Sub Tab Of Customer 360 Inquiry (P90CA080) (Doc ID 2649009.1)

Symptoms

Sales Quotes with an SQ order type are not being retrieved in the grid in the Customer 360 Inquiry (P90CA080) when the Quote Sub Tab is selected. Instead, they are being retrieved when the Sales Order Sub Tab is selected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a Sales Quote (P4210 or P42101) and note the SQ order number
  2. In Fastpath, enter G90C (CRM Foundation)> CRM Daily Processing> Customer (P90CA80)
  3. When Customer – Search for Customers (P90CA080) appears, enter a Customer Number in the QBE line and click Find.
    1. A list of Customer Line of Business Records is displayed
  4. Select the Customer LOB Record and click the green checkmark
  5. When the Customer – Manage screen appears, click on the Sales Tab
  6. The Sales Form is displayed with the Sales Team Sub Tab selected by default, click on the Quote Sub Tab
    1. The Sales Quote SQ Order Number is not displayed in the grid.
  7. Click on the Sales Order Sub Tab
    1. The Sales Quote SQ Order Number is displayed in the grid under the Sales Order Sub Tab.
