When editing a Weigh Tag (WT)  operation that contains a Block, for which a prior WT was already created and a PO Number generated, the Vessel Name, Block and Harvest period are disabled. The WT Configured Operation does NOT have the Partial Receipts Control flag set so it is desired that the Block be allowed to change.

WT are often planned and scheduled the day before the Block is picked. If an alternate Block is picked the next day, the only option is the cancel the existing WT operation, as the Block cannot be updated.

If partial receipt functionality is not enabled, the Vessel Name, Block and Harvest Period on a Weigh Tag should be editable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Confirm that P40G03 is set to not create PO and that Partial Receipts are no enabled in the Configured Operation for Weigh Tag
  2. Enter a Block and Harvest record
  3. Enter and Close a WT for that Harvest so that a PO and Receipt are created.
  4. Enter a 2nd Weigh tag for that Block and note that the PO fields are locked.
