Symptoms

Unable to do the Impact Analysis for any of the ESUs on 64 bit Deployment Server. When we do the Impact Analysis using Software Update Application, we are getting the error message "Error Population".

When we do the Impact Analysis using Software Update Application, we are getting the error message "Problems with selected packages".

Changes

 Deployment Server has been upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit.
