E1: ORCH: Form Request In Studio 9.2.4.1 Does Not Select All Rows (Doc ID 2656438.1)

Symptoms

Customer Orchestrator Studio version is going from 6.1.3 to 9.2.4.1. There are a few form requests that were converted to Version 3, but are now no longer returning grid rows although data exists in the grid when using the interactive application to view the data for the same environment.

In reviewing the AIS logs, it was discovered that the "Select All Rows" action is not being mapped properly and is not being executed for these Form Requests. Therefore, an error message is returned to the Orchestration - "No grid record selected". This stops the Orchestration before it can move to the next form and return the requested data.
