Symptoms

Run Compare Account Balances To Transactions R09705 from Batch Versions. The UBE completes successfully but writes the following to the Management Kernel:
MGMT000004 - JDENET_SendMsg failed Error = JDENET eIPCErr: eIPCNotFound
