Symptoms

When attempting to void a record in Customer Ledger Inquiry (P03B2002), a hard error of "Fetch from table F7430010 failed" is returned after attempting to save the void action.  This is unexpected as the transaction in question does not involve any specific localization functionality (the F7430010 table stores information specifically for localization functionality).
