E1: 47: Incorrect Value for Fields FAP AND FREC with Partial EDI Inbound Receipt R47071 , Error 0252 Extended Price Invalid P43250 Movement & Disposition, Base Currency 0 Decimals (Doc ID 2657957.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 05, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne EDI - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Scenario 1:

When using the R47071 to perform a partial receipt of an order, where the Unit of Measure on the order is not the Primary UOM for the item, in a foreign currency
transaction, results in incorrect values in the Foreign Amount Received and Foreign Amount Not Vouchered fields (FREC and FAP). A second receipt works correctly.

Scenario 2:

Error 0252 - Extended Price Invalid at Movement & Disposition P43250. This is a direct result of the Amount Received Foreign FREC being rounded when you have a base currency with 0 decimals and a foreign currency with 2 decimals. When a partial receipt is done, the FREC = whole number like 192,00 instead of 192,50. The problem resides with the R47071 but is not noticed so you may you have a downstream error in Receipt Routing Movement and Disposition.
