Symptoms

Using transfer to hold location P42I02 the customer is getting decimal quantities in the primary unit of measure transferred.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup outbound inventory agreement.
2. Create a transfer order.
3. Note the transfer to a hold location changes the amount to a decimal value from a whole number.
