Symptoms

When doing WO completions through Super Backflush using the following steps, the Error ID: 078O - 'Add to cache failed' is displayed:

  1. Create a Parent, component, and Outside Operation Item
  2. Create BOM and Routing
  3. Create a Work Order-attach the parts list and routing
  4. Do Super Backflush, time entry and it will get an error 'Add to cache failed'
