E1: UBE: Reports Ending in Error are Not Saving Logs in PrintQueue (Doc ID 2664661.1)

Symptoms

Reports that end in 'E' Status do not have jde or jdedebug logs in the PrintQueue directory. All necessary settings in the JDE.INI has been made to ensure that the logs are created and stored in the PrintQueue directory
