E1: 42: Attaching Text Using Customer Service Inquiry P4210 Does Not Populate Y in SHATXT (F4201) or SDATXT (F4211) Fields (Doc ID 2664882.1)

Symptoms

 Attaching text using Customer Service Inquiry does not populate value of Y in SHATXT (F4201) or SDATXT (F4211).

Steps:

       1. Find sales order in Customer Service Inquiry that does not have text attached.
       2. Use Row|Order|Attachments|Header Attachment to add text.
       3. Review F4201 SHATXT and note the field is not populated with Y.

The same steps can be used for the detail attachment and the F4211 SDATXT will not be populated with Y.
