E1: 49: Shipment Number Does Not Update in Sales Order Detail (F4211) when Changing Sales Order (Doc ID 2664993.1)

Symptoms

User is entering Transfer orders (ST/OT) with Transportation activated using today's date as the Requested Date. A shipment is created on the sales side for the ST order. When editing the order detail of the ST order and changing the Requested Date to a future date then the old shipment is canceled to status 99 and a new shipment at status 10 is created, which is correct. The Sales Ledger records (F42199) show the new shipment number, however the Sales Order detail (F4211) still contains the old shipment number. The program ID on the F4211 record shows business function N4901050 which updates the shipment detail to the sales order.
