E1: 17: R17731 (Service Issues) Closes Inventory Issues (P31113) Lines That Follow a Closed Line (Doc ID 2665885.1)

Symptoms


The R17731 (Service Order Issues / Time Entry) closes inventory issues (P31113) lines that follow a closed line, and creates negative quantity on hand with the P31113 processing option set to not allow negative inventory.


Steps to Duplicate:
1. Create a Service Order
2. Add two parts to the parts list with 0 in inventory.
3. Run the R17731, and no IM's created as nothing is committed yet
4. On P31113 (Inventory Issues) close the first line with row exit to close line, and save.
5. Rerun the R17731 and see that the closed line is issued, and both lines went negative.
