After pre-payroll completes (Pre-Payroll Status = 1), notice that one or more employees is missing from the Payroll Register (R073012).  When reviewing the Payroll Messages (Row Exit > Review Messages) for the Payroll ID, the user is presented with message: EE Locked to Another Payroll.
