Symptoms

In the receipt routing process, one user moves items from In transit to Stock manually using the Movement and Disposition (P43250) application, and at the same time, the other user run the Receipt Routing Inbound Processor (R43092Z1I) and process same items move to stock. This results in the item being received twice.
