E1: E1PAGE: Classic E1PAGE Performance Issue with NON Domestic Language (Doc ID 2667606.1)

When any user having non domestic language assigned is logged in E1, there is a performance issue observed when following operations are performed:

- close any application

- press the Home button

When the user has the domestic language set there is no such performance issue.

Upgrade the Tools Release.

Import old Classic E1Pages into JDE
