E1: 17: P17500 (Case Entry) Last Updated (UPMJ) field Date Not Updated
(Doc ID 2667903.1)
Last updated on JULY 10, 2021
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Case Management - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When making a change to the Embedding Media Object (Case Notes) only, the Date Updated field (UPMJ) does not get updated with the current date.
This field 'Date Updated' (UPMJ) in Work with Case Management (P17500) application is used for getting information on when the case was last updated.
However, the work notes/updates are added in the note section of the case. When a work note is added, the information gets saved in media object file and date updated is modified. But this does not affect the Date Updated field of F1755(Case Master file).
Even though a case was updated regularly by adding notes, the date updated filed of P17500 (F1755) reflects a much older date.
Steps:
- Have an existing Case
- Look at the UPMJ Filed (Date Updated)
- Go into the Case and Make a Case Note Change Only
- Save and Close
- Do a Find again and notice the "Date Updated" field does not change
