E1: INST: Unable to Login into DEP910 Environment After Deleting an Environment , Login Process Stuck at 'Connecting to <Environment1>' (Doc ID 2668163.1)

Symptoms

When trying to login into the DEP910 environment , the startup proceeds until the step " Connecting to <Environment1> where it hangs .No errors recorded in jde.log . 

Login into the JDEPLAN is successful 

Changes

 The Environment1 which has its own separate database was deleted and the corresponding section in tnsnames.ora removed
