Customer wants to implement CRM Foundation and CRM for Sales in JDE.  When reading the Implementation Guide, it starts with indicating that the CRM Foundation System must be activated by adding a record with Data Item SY90CA in F99410.

Customer is already using Case Management, but SY90CA is not setup in F99410 as described.

Customer wants to know whether it is necessary to add SY90CA to the F99410 and it is not set up will CRM Foundation still work?
