Symptoms

"Invalid User Defined Depreciation Rule” is displayed in Depreciation Information (P1202) when entering in the grid of the application a combination of Depreciation Method, Initial Term Apportionment, Compute Direction and Life (Periods) that does not exist in P12851 (Depreciation Rule Revisions). The error can also occur when trying to change the depreciation method in the Depreciation Default Coding (P12002) program.
