E1: ORCH: Unable to Save Connector with HTTP Put Method (Doc ID 2669582.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 02, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When saving a Connector Service Request that uses the HTTP PUT method, the values for the File Part Name and the Source File Name parameters do not appear to be saved. The save says it was successful, but when navigating back to the Service Request, the File Part Name and Source File Name parameters are blank. It turns out that those values are saved appropriately in the Service Request's XML, but they do not appear in Orchestrator Studio.
