Symptoms

After creating an Ochestration to transfer a file to an external REST service using the HTTP PUT method, testing the Orchestration fails even though the same steps work using a third party tool. The following error can be seen in the AIS debug log:

 It turns out that even though the Orchestration should be using the defined PUT method for the file upload, it is using POST instead. This fails since the external REST service only allows PUT.
