Symptoms

When the user inputs the work order number on the Return Material form P400511, the F40052 select is missing the Document Type (alias RCTO) parameter as one of the keys to the select statement, and as a result, the desired RMA Defaults record is not returned.

The issue can be reproduced by following the below steps:

1. Create a P400511 RMA.
2. Include a work order in the alias DOC field of the P400511.
