E1: 12: NBV-Net Book Value Rule is Not Calculating Correctly as Element 64 is Off by One Month (Doc ID 2669922.1)

Symptoms

Element 64 is calculating one less month then it should.  It should calculate the correct remaining months.  This element is important if using the Depreciation Rule- E1: 12: How to Create a Depreciation Rule that takes the NBV Divided by the Remaining Life Months (Doc ID 1390275.1)



Steps
-----------------------
1. Add an Asset
2. Create the Formula
3. Create the Rule.
4. Attach the Rule to the Asset
5. Add cost, a/d and salvage.
6. Run Depreciation - R12855


Depreciation will not calculate the correct depreciation if the remaining months is not correct.
