E1: 07: No Transaction Number in F0709 on Benefit DBA (Doc ID 2670404.1)

Employee is paid relatively low wages, and has a very high pre-tax deduction (90%, for example), such as 401K and 401K catch up, which causes the net pay to go negative, when the system goes in to "reprocess mode", in an effort to bring the net pay above zero by reducing the pre-tax deduction calculation amounts, benefits (employer match) based on the pre-tax deductions are now created with zero transaction numbers on the DBA Detail (F0709) record, which results in problems in downstream processes, such as Payroll Journals and the incorrect business unit being used in the account number derived.
