Symptoms

When running the R03B11Z1A with Argentina localization the data is not inserted in the Account Ledger Table (F0911), Accounts Receivable Table (F03B11), and 
Argentina Tax Amounts By Invoice Suffix Table (F76A19) and the process suddenly stops. The R03B11Z1A log shows the following failure from B76A0330 function: 
Entering jdeCacheInit - Name:[F03BUI021] CAC0001076 - (jdeCacheInit) Initialization error.
