Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When adding Budgets (JA Ledger) by the Sub-ledger the HA ledger doesn't get updated by sub-ledger and the following is observed:

JA gets update with the Sub-ledger and Subledger Type for both GLBORG and GLAN01-GLAN14.
HA doesn't get updated with Sub-ledger and Subledger Type when a budget is entered.
HA doesn't get updated with Sub-ledger and Subledger Type when the projected final is updated.
HA doesn't get updated when using Job or Account Progress Entry when a subledger is used.

Would like the HA ledger to get updated by subledger when a budget is entered against an account that is using a subledger.
Would like the HA ledger to get updated by subledger when the projected final is updated.
Would like the HA ledger to get updated when a subledger is involved when using Job or Progress Entry.

Steps:

1 - Enter original budget amount with subledger and subledger type populated against single account.
2 - To to JSI to confirm budget entry. Enter subledger and subledger type in to JSI header then inquire.  Should see original budget amount entered in step 1.
3 - Go to Progress Entry by Account. Make sure subledger and subledger type is still populated in header.  Enter different estimate at completion amount and save.
4 - Check F0902 to see if record is populated with subledger where LT = HA

Currently, the system is functioning as designed.  If this functionality is needed it will need to be corrected under an enhancement.
