E1: 47: ASN Extraction (R47032) Extracts One Sales Detail Line for a Four Line Order

Symptoms
When EDI Advanced Ship Notice Extraction (R47032) runs over a sales order with 4 lines with a quantity of 1 and the same item number on every line, the EDI Shipping Notice Detail - Outbound (F470371) file contains only 1 line (line number 4) with a Quantity of 4 for the Item Level.
The problem is illustrated in the screen prints below:
Hierarchical Configuration (P47HL) is setup for three levels (V S I).
The Sales Order has four lines with the same item number and a quantity of 1 on each line.
When the Advanced Ship Notice Extraction (R47032) is run, the Report Output shows a single line which is line number 4 with a Quantity of 4 on it. Since all the lines had the same item number, it summarized the four lines into one line.
