E1: 43: Different Last Status for Cancelled Partially Released Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2679715.1)

Last updated on JUNE 11, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Steps :

  1. Create a purchase requisition P4310 with 10 ea.
  2. Generate a purchase order from this requisition for 6 ea.
  3. The user needs to cancel the remaining 4 ea. When he will cancel these 4 ea the line status will go to 980-999.

The user is confusing about this line status, because 6 quantities have been already generated to purchase order .

The customer would like to have a separate last status such that to mean <cancelled at partial released>.

This way, a user can easily see when the remaining quantity in the requisition after a partial release of a line , it was canceled .
