Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When a Master Accrual is set to Calc for All Employees, but not set to Calc Even if No Gross, a dummy timecard with no hours is created for the employee when the master accrual is attached with no amounts. The F0709 is created for the DBA and F06116 is created for the timecard. The F0709 does not have a payroll ID attached when payroll is run but the F06116 does. When final update is completed, the F06116 records are cleared the F0709 remains, and information is not moved to the F0719.
Steps
1. Create a master accrual DBA with Calc for All Employees set and verify Calc Even if No Gross is not set.
2. Run pre-payroll for hourly employees with no hours.
3. Verify employee is locked to the payroll, timecard is created with no hours and F0709 is created for employee for master accrual with no dollars.
