E1: 43: Purchase Order Print (R43500) Incorrectly Prints Unit Price and Extended Price on a Separate Line (Doc ID 2679894.1)

Last updated on JUNE 12, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For a purchase order print, the unit price and extended price is moved below the line number where the item description prints.  When reprinting the purchase order, after revising the price, the line with the revised price prints correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new PO with multiple order lines
  2. Print the PO (R43500). The output shows all order lines with the unit price and extended price on the a separate line.
  3. Update price of line#1 and 2
  4. Reprint the PO. The output shows lines 1 & 2 with quantity, unit price and extended price on the same line as the description. Line 3 was not update. It shows the unit price and extended price on a separate line.
