E1: GRID: Blank Screen Comes Up When Launching An Application on Web Client (Doc ID 2682815.1)

Symptoms

Trying to open Application P1501 Version ZJDE0001 with Form W1501D in Development Environment, but blank screen comes up. Issue with all the users in only one environment. Steps to Replicate the issue:
1.Fast Path to P1501 which will open Application P1501, Version ZJDE0001 with Form W1501A
2.Do a Find and select on any Lease record from Grid
3.Blank Screen comes up. Ideally it should open Application P1501, Version ZJDE0001 with Form W1501D
