This document outlines the steps on how to remove a Deployment Server managed instance from Server Manager Console. The Server Manager Guide contains steps on how to remove a managed instance from Server Manager, but it does not include the steps on how to remove a Deployment Server managed instance. If you try to remove the Deployment server managed instance using similar steps, then the Deployment Server installation can be removed, making the Deployment Server unusable.
