Symptoms
Processing either a regular payroll or an interim for an employee with just adjustment time entry records, for example, to move time from one pay type to another for a previously processed period and there is no Gross or Net pay, the CPP exemption is being calculated in error and appears on the stub detail or register. This also causes a 9997 Overpayment.
