Last updated on SEPTEMBER 11, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Orchestrator - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer created an orchestration with a form request (only step in the orchestration). The form request is defined to click on a button added via form extension. The button is associated with a second orchestration that updates fields in the grid.

When running the first orchestration, second orchestration is not executed.

Running the application and click on the button directly via mouse works fine but when form request involving that button does not work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================

1. Create orch B that update grid, associate it to a form extension button
2. Record process of updating or adding record, press the form extension button
3. Create orch A for that form request
4. Test orch A and orch B is not executed
