E1: 41: Changing the Hard-Coding for Next Cycle Count Date Using ABC Code (Doc ID 2687087.1)

Last updated on MARCH 12, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The client has a requirement to update Next Cycle Count date based on the ABC Code for On-Hand Inventory Value instead of the Sales ranking.

According to Enhancement Bug 11044665, the Cycle Count Update (R41413) is hard-coded to use the Sales-Inventory ABC ranking (ABCS) to calculate the Next Count Date.

The client wants to know if they want to change the hard-coding to use the Investment Inventory (ABCI) ranking to calculate the Next Count Date, what program or business function would they need to modify?
