Symptoms

The client is unable to update any sales orders or process any accounts receivable updates for a specific customer address. Any updates to the database (F03012) are not processed if that customer is used. The system locks up and the client has to sign out in order to close the application. Neither sales order or accounts receivable transactions that update that customer record cannot be processed.
