Trying to setup and use Work Center CafeOne Application using P0011 or P986110B following the instructions available in Work Center CafeOne Application Guide.

Also followed the instructions in KM document 2332373.1 to apply UDO patch for E1P_1608260008JDE from Update Center.

However, Work Center CafeOne application does not display the corresponding report details, instead it displays a "No Messages Found" error on screen as shown below.
