E1: SOLEXP: ErrorNode On Favorites After Deleting a Folder Favorite or All Favorites Renamed to Same Name After Deleting a Task Favorite (Doc ID 2688673.1)

Symptoms

Issue 1:

After deleting a favorite folder from P9000 application, when the user sign in, for the folder tasks, the system shows errornode message.




Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make sure you have folders and applications added to your favorites
2. Open P9000 application and search for one of the folder task's Ids.
3. Press on Row exit-> where used
4. Press on find on the resulting form. Select the record with the favorite (@username)
5. Delete one of the folder Tasks and then press OK
6. Logout. Delete menu cache. Log back in
7. Notice errorNode error when trying to access one of the remaining folder tasks



 

 

Issue 2:

After deleting a favorite task from P9000 application, when the user sign in, all favorites have been renamed to the same name. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make sure you have applications added to your favorites
2. Open P9000 application and search for a task to be deleted
3. Press on Row exit-> where used
4. Press on find on the resulting form. Select the record with the favorite (@username)
5. Delete the task, press OK to confirm delete, press OK again
6. Logout. Delete menu cache. Log back in
7. Notice all favorites renamed to the same name
