Symptoms

Symptom 1: 

After upgrading tools release from 9.2.4.1 to 9.2.4.5, all the icons disappaer from the orchestration studio home page. 

Symptom 2: 

The Orch Studio is missing all icons when SSL termination is done on Load Balancer.  NOTE:  This applies to Public URL implementation.

Both AIS and HTML server SSL termination is done on Load Balancer.

No icons visible on login to Orch

Weblogic Server access logs show 500 error on the svgfile files
