E1: 15: The Edit Register (R15300) Associated with Sales Overage Generation (R15120) Prints the Initial Object for All Bill Codes Regardless of AAI Setup (Doc ID 2690413.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 11, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When Sales Overage Information (P15013) is set up with different bill codes for different building/unit combinations, the Edit Register (R15300) created from Sales Overage Generation (R15120) prints the same Object account for each billing line, rather that the object account associated with the AAI.  When the lease is set up with separate units and each unit has a separate sales bill code, the generation (R15300) is populating with only 1 account.

This does not effect the  post.  The appropriate object does appear on the post report (R09801) according to the accounts associated with the AAIs
