Symptoms
While trying to apply ESU's in batch mode via Change Assistant, it closes after logging into E1 or fails with message "Java(TM) Web Launcher has stopped working".
The process may also be failing on the step "Existence check for N980042T".
This is a new install and the first time this has been attempted using Change Assistant. You are on latest tools release 9.2.4.3 and Oracle database 19c, 32-bit client is being used. Manually applying the ESU using P96470 works fine.
Note: The same behavior can be seen for Configuration Assistant as well.
