Symptoms

Trying to apply ESU's in batch mode via the change assistant but it always fails with message "Java(TM) Web Launcher has stopped working".


This is a new install and the first time this has been attempted using change assistant. You are on latest tools release 9.2.4.3 and Oracle database 19c, 32-bit client is being used.Manually applying the ESU processing works fine.
