Symptoms

Server Manager Summary page does not show the correct "User Activity" information for "AIS" instance.  It shows "Not Available" when using Select View "EnterpriseOne Servers by Type". When you access User Activity link under "TRACK" OR If you click on the User Info Metrics" link from AIS instance, it shows the correct active Users. However, if you click on the "EnterpriseOne Servers by Type" option from "select View", the User Activity for "AIS" instance shows "Not Available.
